A 1971 Corvette dubbed “Golden Rod” is the recipient of a new supercharged LS9 engine from a ZR1.  The project comes to us from a Houston, Texas tuning shop known as Fastlane.  The LS9 crate motor looks like it was made for this ’71 Corvette.  The engine swap is not the only transplant for this ’71 Vette, the suspension, brakes and other key components will be upgraded as well.  Enjoy a few photos below. …Read More
